Certificates Of Authenticity
In order to obtain a certificate of authenticity for an artwork, the applicant shall follow the procedure below.
An initial contact can be made by email sending an image of the front of the work, one of the back, one of the detail of the signature together with minimum information about the work (year of execution, dimensions, provenance and any exhibitions in which it was featured) and the applicant's data (name and surname, address, telephone numbers).
Once the above has been received, it will be the responsibility of the Mohsen Vaziri Moghaddam Foundation to check the material sent and to indicate to the applicant how to proceed.
If the work turns out to be already known or archived, the data in the Foundation's archive will be checked and/or updated.
Together with the FORM that can be downloaded directly on this page, to be filled out in all its parts and the photocopy of an identity document, the applicant shall provide the following photographic material of professional quality:
• One 21,5 x 17,5 cm colour print of the front of the work, visible in its entirety
• One 21,5 x 17,5 cm colour print of the back of the work
• One 21,5 x 17,5 cm colour print of the signature detail
